US Court Sentences Death To Tsarnaev Over Boston Bombings

Boston: US has finally announced death sentence to Dzhokhar Tsarnaev for his role in the Boston marathon bombing on April, 15 2013.

According to foreign news agency US jury has decided after 14 hours consultation of deliberations that whether Tsarnaev should be imprisoned for rest of his life or sentenced death over that he was teenager when carried out attacks along his elder brother Tamerlan,.

The 21-year-old Tsarnaev was convicted of all 30 federal charges against him among which 17 carried possibility of death penalty while he made no response having no emotions when verdict was read out.

Boston bombing in April, 2013 have killed three people and nearly 260 were injured when two pressure cooker bombs exploded near the marathon finish line carried out by younger Tsarnaev and his brother Tamerlan , later they also killed a police officer of Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The 24-page verdict stated that jury has rejected the defense argument that Tsarnaev no reason allows such brutal act while was influenced by his elder brother Tamerlan who was already shoty dead by police when he was on run.

Judy Clarke, Tsarnaev’s lawyer, has admitted fact from beginning that he involved in Boston bombings, but defense sought to show that most of blame for bombing fell on his older brother while 19-year-old was fell under the influence of his elder brother.

On other side Prosecutors described Tsarnaev as an equal partner in attack seeking death sentence against him stated that he was so cruel who involved in killing of three including an 8-year-old boy Martin Richard.

Boston Police Commissioner William Evans said that he hoped that verdict will bring with it a significant level of comfort and solace to all hurt, regardless of how people feel death penalty but is a message sent that says terrorism in our city will not be tolerated in any case.
